Users are responsible for checking the accuracy of salary slips, PAN/TAN, employer details, tax deductions and the final generated document before relying on it.

Document preparation

The application prepares a Form 16 workflow from submitted records. Official TDS certificates and TRACES-origin records remain subject to the applicable deductor/TRACES process. The service must not be described as a government portal.

Payments

Manual UTR submissions require administrator verification. When online gateway payment is enabled, payment authentication is performed by the gateway; this application verifies the signed gateway result and does not request card CVV or UPI PIN.

Availability

Generation or email delivery can fail because of invalid source data, unavailable external services or configuration errors. Failed operations are recorded for administrator review.
